I : Establish a national working group with a member of every DG who coordinate all of this health institution and national executive board of professional/hospital organisation.

= Produce various hospital standard case management which should be in line with CDC standardizes case management.
= Provide medicine, vaccine and or other material to hospital, based on guideline agreed
= Set up a recording and reporting form in line with the RR form from Puskesmas
= Activation of a referral team which visit health center in regular basis, each team consist of 4 medical specialist, visit health center every 3 months
= Perform seminar and or panel discussion, in province and district hospital, every 6 months, expert/speakers from hospital as well as nearby University, 100 participants
T : Private practitioners
I : - At the national level, perform MOU between CDC programme and IDI as well as other national board proffesional association
- Set up a guideline of the role of private practitioner in CDC project

= Provide medicine, vaccine and or other material to the private practitioner, based on the guideline agreed
= Set up a simplified -easy to filled up- recording and reporting forms.
= Set up a case management protocol based on standardized guide-line.

T : Faculty of medicine
I : At the national level the Consortium Health Sciences (CHS) and CDC and Faculty of Medicine in 6 project province could discuss and formulate the general role of Faculty of Medicine in this Project.

I : In provincial level this collaboration will be operationalsed and strengthening directly between CDC programme manager and University in the respective province.
